The beautiful Ha'penny Cottage in Trunch, Norfolk, is a luxury, dog friendly property on the picturesque North Norfolk coast. This modern, comfortable holiday home sleeps 4 people in a spacious king size bedroom and a large, light and airy second bedroom with a super king size bed which can also be made up as a twin on request. The luxury bathroom has a walk-in rainfall shower while there is also a second w.c on the ground floor.
The architect designed, open plan lounge and diner complete with cosy wood burner, has large sofas on which to relax and ample seating for 4/6 to dine comfortably. The modern, well equipped kitchen includes a washer/dryer, large fridge freezer and full size dishwasher.
The textured slate floor make it easy for dogs to traverse while the underfloor heating creates the perfect temperature for humans and hounds alike.
Guests can enjoy Sky Superfast 80 broadband (68mb) broadband. There is a 55 inch Smart TV in the lounge and a 32 inch Smart TV in the main bedroom. The TV features Freeview Play, a free, on-demand TV service offering live and catch up TV channels, plus on demand players like Netflix, Prime Video, Apple tv and Now tv (subscription required).

The Cottage is approached on a sweeping gravel drive off a lovely, quiet lane and offers the ultimate in convenient unpacking right up to the front door.
Nestled in the picturesque, Norfolk village of Trunch, Ha'penny Cottage is situated on a lovely quiet road, only a 2 minute stroll to the dog-friendly 'Crown' village pub where a warm welcome, great food and roaring fire awaits!
The very special location of Trunch can't be bettered, it is fabulous for everything from walks, beaches, supermarkets and of-course the aforementioned village pub!
Visitors here will not be short of walks - there are lots of walks from the door, circular strolls, the dog friendly blue flag Mundesley beach is just 5 minutes drive away, the huge beach at Bacton just a couple of mins further as is the large space of Bacton Woods. In addition, the amazing National Trust properties - Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are each just 15 minutes away and can be visited by members and non members alike. The traditional resort of Cromer is just 15 mins drive which has it's renowned pier at its heart plus several award winning eateries in which to enjoy the famous Cromer crab!
For those all important supermarket shops, Waitrose and Sainsburys are literally just a few minutes drive and all deliver to Ha'penny Cottage.
